Phillip is a Cyber Security Strategist with over 20 years of executive / project management experience in business strategy, marketing, sales, entrepreneurship and education. He is Managing Partner for CYBOC – based in Detroit, Michigan AND Managing Partner for Arete Consulting & Technology Services (ACTS) located in Chicago, Illinois. Phillip formerly served as Dean of Information Technology and Project Manager for IT and Advanced Manufacturing Training Programs for one of the largest multi-campus community colleges in the nation - serving over 70,000 constituents.
Mr. Brown has a Master of Science in Management in Cyber Security / Project Management and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunication from Michigan State University.
Mr. Sims has over 25 years of experience in IT planning and administration for government, healthcare and technology companies. He is an expert in network security architecture, cyber security IT compliance and information assurance. Paul has overseen network security policies for large-scale organizations, and managed several successful EHR implementations, cost avoidance and continuous design improvements. He led the efforts to deploy and secure servers for both the DOD and Federal Government sectors, most notably during September 11th while answering directly to the Pentagon; NASA, and the US Census Bureau. As a skilled manager, Paul leads seamless IT implementations, ensuring that project goals and timelines are achieved on time and under budget. He holds a Master’s Degree from Virginia Union University.
Mr. Ahomed is a seasoned Cyber Security Professional and Senior Solutions Security Architecht with ten years of leadership experience in Network Security Architecture and Infrastructure; performing security Risk Assessments, Auditing, Compliance and Governance. Mr. Ahomed has provided recommendations to senior management and executed resolutions to strengthen the security posture of public and private entities of all sizes.

Brian Krantz 20 years of experience as a seasoned business professional with proven leadership abilities. Mr. Krantz has a background in entrepreneurship, business development, technology management, business process and implementation. He has successfully managed full program lifecycle projects for local, national and international clients. Some of his client list includes the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, General Motors, The Office of Head Start, and Zurich Financial. Brian possesses an understanding of how to optimize technology, data and processes in order to deliver solutions that meet or exceed the requirements of business and government. He has consistently proven the ability to execute large-scale deliverables on time and within budget.
Mr. Rumbaugh has over 30 years of experience leading and managing teams to execute projects IT Security Risk Assessments and documentation using NIST standards. He has created a methodology to perform security assessments that provides Risk Managers with the right information based on a comprehensive analysis of the security posture. Bob served as Program Manager for over one hundred fifty Risk Management Framework (RMF) Security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) task orders evaluating systems - including national critical assets - for DOC (NOAA, NWS, NESDIS, OMAO, NOS, and Census), NASA, USDA, US DOI, VA, and DOD (USAF).

Dr. Batsell has been actively involved with cyber security assessment, certification, and penetration testing for a number of Industry and United States Government Departments and Agencies. He is the founder of the IETF working group in mobile ad-hoc networks and participated in building the first system deployed by the United States Government.
